Becoming an entrepreneur and running a business is one of the most challenging ways to make a living.
What starts as a genuine passion - a vision to bring something to life, to serve a need, to offer meaningful work to the world - often ends in burnout, overwhelm, and deep stress (if we’re lucky) and financial ruin, serious health complications, or fractured relationships when we aren’t.

My honest white-pilled take: We are born creators, innovators, inventors, with a propensity to sustain and overcome massive amounts of so called failure, pressure, and disappointment because quite simply - we are naturally engineered for it and it makes us feel alive.
Some appear to succeed while others to fail, but why? A clue might be that we don’t actually experience our circumstances, we experience our thoughts about our circumstances. So even thought there is nothing inherently wrong with this often messy creative process, it can be unsustainable to our nervous system - and there actually is something else on offer that many of us innocently miss:

Now, before you roll your eyes and hear your mom’s voice on your first day of kindergarten—stick with me.
The biggest mistake I see founders make is this:
They move from an intuitive, creative beginning into an over structured system that crowds out space for flow, insight, and new creative thought.
In the early days, genius tends to show up reliably often and unannounced—almost by accident.
And then, in the pursuit of “scaling” or “doing it right,” we pave over the very conditions that made our work organic, original, instinctual… Fun!
We chalk it up to a lack of passion and a myriad of external factors but the truth is actually much simpler and the solution much more straightforward.
